"It was my first time in Japan, and I feel like I made the best decision with choosing this hotel for my stay! From free amenities to nearby convenient stores, all was great!\n\nI recommend the suite with the balcony, amazing view of Airake and really good cold breeze at night! Although it was cold, they had offered free fans that had both cold and hot settings! They do cleaning every 2-days which is amazing for families!\n\nI can’t wait to go back to Japan and enjoy a clean and cozy hotel!"

"the taller younger indian worker was very rude and unaccommadating. the app i booked through had the option for requesting a non smoking and double bed room however i was given a smoking and 2 single bed room. when showed proof of the request to this man he was very rude and kept saying he cant help me that its only if there are available other rooms and that they were all sold out. i went onto the official website and other 3rd party sellers and found this to be untrue in both cases. its very clear in my voice that i have an issue with my throat so a smoking room is not ideal for me. this worker has a terrible attitude and does not seem to be a kind person. also we stayed here the night before when our request was accommodated and had no issues with that room however when we went back down to request to book one more night they tried to tell us it would cost 21000yen when i found multiple offers online where it would only cost 10000yen. complete upcharge and felt like a joke. hotel also does not provide water. many better options out there. and that staff member needs a lesson on how to talk to people. unreal."

"A great affordable hotel in Tokyo. It is in Odaiba region, in the middle between Haneda airport and Tokyo Disney. The airport shuttle stops in front of the lobby, which is really convenient. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle to Tokyo Disneyland, our main purpose of the trip. The rooms are bit small, as with other Japanese hotels, but they are clean and modern. They also have Lawson convenience store within the hotel, which operates 24 hours, so whenever you hungry or would like to grab Japanese beer, you can do so anytime. There is also a subway line close to hotel. If your main destination is Odaiba or Tokyo Disneyland, I would highly recommend this hotel."
