"This was the perfect place to stay in the heart of Asakusa. It is steps away from a lot of major attractions. The area has literally everything you could need or want within a few blocks.\nThe hotel has nice and simple decor. Everything is impeccably clean and comfortable.\nThe staff and service is excellent. Super professional and friendly.\nThe price was reasonable considering how close it is to so many wonderful places.\nThe room we had didn’t have a view. That was made clear when booking, so I was not disappointed.\nIt has 14 floors, with the top one being a private penthouse. I know that if you wanted a room with an epic view, there would be plenty to choose from."

"We had a fantastic stay at Tobu Hotel Asakusa as a family with two young children. The location is perfect—just steps from Asakusa Station and right by Sensoji Temple, which made sightseeing super convenient. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and fun places to explore nearby.\n\nThe room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for Tokyo standards. The beds were cozy, and the kids loved looking out at the Tokyo Skytree from the window! The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome friendly everything was. They provided amenities for the kids, and the hotel felt safe and quiet—perfect after a long day of walking around the city.\n\nWe would definitely recommend Tobu Hotel Asakusa to families traveling to Tokyo. Great value, perfect location, and a warm, relaxing atmosphere."

"Stayed here based on the high ratings and it definitely did not disappoint. All hotel staff we interacted with were friendly and provided over the top customer service. We purchased a package with the breakfast and it was pretty good but not over the top great. The menu was pretty much the same each day with a mix of Western and Japanese breakfast items. There were usually 6-8 Japanese items and pancakes, bacon, chicken sausage, cold cereal and tater tots were available for the Western style breakfast. There was rice, porridge and miso soup available as well. You could also order various rice balls (salmon, plum and some other items) and eggs cooked either sunnyside up or over easy and they would bring these to your table.\n\nWe had a family of 4 with two high school aged kids and we got the Hello Kitty room with 4 separate double beds. The toilet was separate from the sink which was nice and the sink was separated from the shower area so we were able to manage ok. The room also had a tea kettle and an assortment of teas along with a mini-refrigerator. My only complaint of the room is how hard the mattresses were. I'm not that particular about this but this was really hard. I could only sleep around 6 hours a night on the bed before my back and sides hurt.\n\nI will take that into account when deciding whether or not to stay at this hotel again but everything else was great. My wife and kids slept fine so I suppose it's just a personal preference of how soft or hard you like your mattress.\n\nThe location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. It's right in the heart of Asakusa and very close to both the Ginza and Asakusa subway lines."
