"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Asakusa. Although the hotel isn’t brand new, our room was on a high floor with large windows, two directions of fresh air, and a fantastic view over the city. The room itself was surprisingly spacious — much bigger than we expected for Tokyo.\nWhat truly stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. When our travel plans changed unexpectedly, they graciously agreed to store our luggage for over a week, which was a huge help.\nHighly recommended for both the location and the warm hospitality!"

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with warm smiles. The hotel's facilities were also very good and made our stay even more comfortable. "If I could give 10 out of 5 I would. The location was perfect for our trip. Sensoji and the surrounding area at night and in the early morning hours are so magical. We used this hotel as our base for exploring Tokyo and couldn’t be happier. The room was stylish, housekeeping everyday was excellent and most importantly the service of the front desk people were above and beyond. I left my iPad by mistake and they let me know quickly while I was on my bullet train to Hiroshima. I requested them to open my luggage and put it inside the luggage that I left for delivery to my Kyoto hotel and they not only took care of it , they even sealed the zipper so that it did not get opened while in transit. I will definitely be staying there in future and highly recommend this hotel for all travelers. The front desk spoke fluent English as well."
