"Great location, staff are amazing and have helped us out many times, breakfast is cheap, convenient and tasty. Rooms are small, it's what you expect for the area though. They are a bit dated, and the mattress is quite stained sadly. The only actual thing that would stop me recommending this hotel to other people is the elevator, which is very slow, and very high traffic - and there are no stairs to use as an alternative."

"I was expecting more based on the ratings and reviews. There was 1 elevator for 14ish floors so at times we were waiting for a while(5-10minutes). The rooms were smaller which was not completely unexpected, but we had two suitcases each and could hardly move around with nowhere to put things other than the bed. I would have given it 3 stars, but we were able to book it in a pinch for a reasonable price. This place is not horrible, but I would have rather stayed somewhere else for a bit more money."

"During our stay, we really appreciated the hotel’s location — it’s within walking distance to Shibuya Station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. In terms of convenience, it’s hard to beat.\n\nHowever, the rooms were extremely small — barely enough space to open our suitcases, and it felt very cramped for two people. There were also noticeable issues with cleanliness, which we had already seen mentioned in other reviews.\n\nThe hotel is located in the Dogenzaka area, which might not be suitable for families. It’s a lively zone filled with nightclubs and love hotels, which can feel uncomfortable at times.\nAdditionally, the staff were not very helpful or welcoming. When we asked for assistance, they seemed indifferent and uninterested."
