"The room is small as a shoe box.\nWe were 2 people and we could barely have space.\nThe room had a window that was tinted from the outside so you could not see anything. If you are claustrophobic.. this is not the place for you.\nIf you are only coming to sleep it’s a great value but forget about spending quiet time in the room. It was the smallest room I have ever been\n\nLocation is great. You can walk everywhere and it’s a safe neighborhood.\n\nStaff barely speak any English so it was hard to communicate to the point that at 4 am the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building… it was not communications of what was going on. They forgot to let us know it was a false alarm and we were waiting outside in the rain… not an ideal experience\n\nNo early check in or late check out unless you pay. Zero flexibility"

"Rooms are nice. They are the typical size of Tokyo hotel rooms. They have a coin laundry machine on the first floor. You can buy a breakfast option but it is hosted at a nearby APA hotel location. Like most Japanese hotels, slippers and pajamas are provided. It’s about a 20 min walk to/from Tokyo station and the pathway is pretty easy to walk and wheel luggage. Razors, toothbrush, shower cap, hairdryer, q-tips, comb, and soap/shampoo/conditioner at all provided. Cleaning staff was also super nice and understanding!"

"Shocking!\nYour staff were surly and very unhelpful.\nOir room was small, cramped and over heated. Also very shabby. We could only access the bed from one side which was most inconvenient.\nWe had to open the window because the temperature was centrally controlled. This made for a very noisy night.\nAs a result we have cancelled a planned two night stay later this month.\nIt is clear that you do not act to remedy these issues raised in previous reviews.\nThe bathroom was tiny."
