APA Hotel Ayase Ekimae

"Very nice hotel. The location is good because it’s very close to metro and you can get across the city very easily and it’s far from the crowds and the neighborhood is quiet. The staff are very nice, polite, and humble. The rooms are very clean. Daily room make ups are done upon request. The equipments and materials in the room is very nice and clean. The rooms are cozy but this is the Japanese style that everything is compacted 😅"

"Great hotel for solo adventurers. It is literally a block away from the Ayase Station as well as a bus stop. The staff is great and helpful. If you arrive early before check-in you can arrange to have your bags held while you venture out to the city. While they don’t have a restaurant on site, if you do purchase the meal plan they give you a voucher for breakfast at the Doutor coffee that’s a block away and it’s tasty. When it comes to the rooms they are on the small side but the space is used wisely. The bed is tall enough to store a large suitcase under. They do provide you with a bag daily with fresh towels and clean room and refresh the toiletries every 3 days. There is a mini fridge in the room and the WiFi is great. They do have a small shop in the lobby for snacks and drinks and a 7-11 is right next door as well. Also they do have washer and dryers on site as well."

"Be aware that there is no breakfast at this hotel.\n\nThe staff was friendly and helpful.\nThey have coin-operated laundry on site, which is great.\nInstead of going through your room once a day, they leave a bag of things you probably need, like towels and such. I like that.\n\nThe deal breaker is that they are misleading about the breakfast. They don't actually have any kind of breakfast in the hotel. They let you pay for the breakfast, and then when you get there, they give you a map of how to find the restaurant.\n\nI do not want to go out searching for breakfast when I stay in a hotel, even a cheap one, and if I have to because I was misled, it makes it worse that the place you were duped into going to is surrounded by more appealing restaurants.\n\nAPA is permanently scratched off my list.\n\nEdit: In response to the reply to this post. First off, people who go through booking agencies will not see your website. Also, on your website, it states, "Doutor Coffee Coffee Shop\nBreakfast venue: “Doutor Coffee Coffee Shop Ito-Yokado Ayase 1F” (choice of meal, soup or drink)" This sounds like it is on the first floor and there is no mention at all about a 2-3 minute walk in another building, as claimed below.\n\nI suggest making honesty a priority."
