"This review is based on the excellent service I received. Regarding the room, mine was clean and comfortable with no issues during my stay, but I understand from other reviews that experiences may vary depending on timing or room type. Albeit there was no view and the room seemed slightly small but understand this could be normal for the room type here!\n\nAll the staff were very kind and friendly! While using the Yamato luggage delivery service provided by the hotel, I made a mistake while filling out the slip and accidentally used the wrong one. But the staff kindly helped me fix it. Their service was excellent, and I’m very grateful. Thank you so much! I’d love to use this service again.)\n\nFor travellers using Yamato who rush and mess things up like I did:\n\nWhen sending luggage with Yamato, make sure to use the pink slip (prepaid 発払い) — this means you pay in advance, and most hotels will have no problem accepting it.\nThe orange slip (cash on delivery 着払い) means the receiver must pay, which some hotels might not accept. So double-check the slip colour!"

"Filthy Room! The room is dusty. Lots of lint. When I moved the curtain, there’s more lint. It seems that they don’t replace the bed sheet every after customer. One time, when we went back to our rom after a long day trip, the door is not closed, but it seems that it was made up by house keeper. Good thing nothing is missing. Perhaps the house keeper forgot to close the door. The room size is just right, typical for most hotels in tokyo. The staff is kind, they even have weighing scale to help us weigh our luggages before going to airport. I love that they have QR code generated for claiming your stored luggages even after you checkout. But overall, I won’t come back here. Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever checked in."

"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.\nYou couldn’t pay me to stay there again.\nI’m giving it a star because the staff was nice, that’s it.\nThe room was dirty, and the worst part is that each unit has an a/c but depending on the temperature outside they control your a/c and do not allow you to change it. The room was boiling hot and we could not change it. With the room not being clean and also being stuffy it made it worse. We opened the window but it still sucked. If you’re planning to stay somewhere here I suggest you look for a different hotel. If you want a clean comfortable sleep I advise elsewhere."
