"After nearly two months of traveling through Japan and staying in over a dozen capsule hotels, I’m back in Tokyo - and back at this hotel, because it’s easily the best in its category.\n\nThe capsules are fully equipped: TV, mirror, shelf, hooks, fan, power outlets, Wi-Fi. Seems basic, but many other places didn’t have half of that. The hallways are dimly lit, which encourages guests to stay quiet, and surprisingly - it works. I’ve never seen such respectful guests anywhere else.\n\nIn the lounge, you get free drinks and rice with toppings well past noon - even late at night. Super convenient, especially when you're hungry after a long day.\n\nYou’ll find all the essentials for free and in unlimited supply: razors, toothbrushes, brushes, earplugs, even skincare products. No holding back here.\n\nThe place is spotless. The staff keeps everything fresh and clean 24/7. Even the toilet slippers are constantly realigned. When beds are changed, they do it quietly and respectfully, never disturbing sleeping guests. Thanks so much for your hard work!\n\nAnd the location? Right next to Shinjuku Station, with a McDonald’s basically at the doorstep.\n\nHonestly, no other hotel in this price range (especially places like 9h) offers this level of service and comfort. Thanks again - this stay was just as amazing as the last one."

"It’s my absolute first time staying in a capsule hotel and it totally blew my expectation. Everything was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay though this might spoil my expectations for future capsule stays.\n\nStaff at the front desk was very accommodating in relaying the information I needed to check-in/out. It’s so convenient to the extent that they would allow me to leave my luggage even after checking out as I had a train to catch that night.\n\nRecommending to anyone that reads this. 5 stars all round. "I did enjoy my stay, super convenient to be close to shinjuku station. I loved that I could pre-drink (free drink alcohol and non-alcoholic) before heading out to bars and clubs.\n\nCapsule rooms were spacious for me (i am 5'7), the common shower area never felt too crowded, they have laundry machines (100yen).\n\nI disliked the behaviour of some of the travelers (noisy at night). Lot of foreigners here so might have a culture difference."
