"This place is a safe and decent option as a last resort when you don’t have anywhere else to stay. It’s nothing special, but it feels secure and is better than a hostel in terms of privacy and safety.\n\nThat said, one benefit of hostels is the chance to meet and connect with other travelers — this is not that kind of place.\n\nThe “free meal” (ramen) is more like a late-night snack, not a full meal. The same goes for breakfast.\n\nThe best part is its location and the fact that it feels safe — especially for solo female travelers. That’s what makes it worth considering."

"I loved every minute of my stay. The capsule was spacious enough, well ventilated and the mat and pillow very comfortable. The baths and wellness area were very clean and provided a lot of quality amenities, even a wide range of shampoos, conditioners, face and body cleansers and moisturizers. The food and lounge space were also great, especially all the free drinks, rice and miso all day. I only wished all the guests respected more the common areas and leave the place as clean as they found it. I recommend every woman to stay here and have an experience on this place."

"This place is worth the money and then some!\nI stayed here my first 2 nights in Japan and it was amazing--I didn't want to leave! They have so so many amenities and I am impressed with the service and organization there.\nThey provide everything you could possibly think of and the amount of complimentary/free items is astounding. Food, drinks, towels, pajamas, massage chair, onsen and showers, air conditioned and private capsules with nice blankets and pillows as well as light, alarm clock, tv, etc. I could go on but suffice to say this place was amazing and I would definitely stay there again."
