"I don’t understand the negative reviews.\n1. The bed you get is thin but it’s not uncomfortable, I slept very well during my 4 day stay and had no issues with the bathrooms and showers, they were very very clean all throughout no matter which time I required to use.\n\n2. The bed area is decently spacious, bigger than capsules and comes with a charging port and a small lamp.\n\n3. Large luggage can be stored downstairs whereas smaller belongings fit into the locker provided in your room.\n\n4. The only issue I encountered was the rooms have an air purifier but I wish they were scented, people coming home after a long day of touristy activities do not smell very nice including myself. And I wish that there was some fresh aroma in the room which is why I only gave the rooms 4 stars.\n\n5. Staff are very kind, if you treat them nicely you get treated nicely. It’s simple.\n\n6. Location is incredible, short walk to the station and incredibly close to major sites.\n\nValue for your money."

"This is a pretty nice hotel but it's impossible to work here, just the chairs alone in the lobby make so much noise that it's just not possible to do video calls or concentrate at all. I would recommend new chairs or possibly cut some tennis balls up and put them on the legs so they don't sound like nails on a chalkboard every time someone moves.\n\nThe beds are also extremely loud whenever someone moves. The cleaners clean the rooms in stages which makes the process go from 30 minutes to 4 hours, it absolutely makes no sense at all.\n\nThis place could be great but sadly the small annoyances make this fall to just two stars."
