"Room was extremely small for the price. There was a sulphuric smell from the bathroom. Clearly hotel staff did not bother to clean the room as there was clumps of hair and sequins from someone’s dress on the carpet and clumps of dust under the bed. There was also mould around the doorframe. Would not recommend! My Wife and I checked out within 30min of checking in because we did not feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the room (which we believe to be important for hygiene reasons). Counter staff are friendly and apologetic about the situation, on the other hand. Hope they can work on these areas to give a better experience for other guests."

"I booked 4 nights here but had to cancel after check in. The toilet smells terribly moldy and stale. It is not just a bit of annoying smell. I could not stand inside for more than 10 seconds (not exaggerating), let alone to take a bath or brush teeth. I believe the moldy smell is inside the walls and there's no way to get rid of it. Although the hotel staffs tried to clean the bathroom again and asked us to use deodoriser, it really doesn't help at all. It can be potential HEALTH RISKS to the customer. Good thing is that after spoken to the staff, he agreed for a full refund so extra star for the service. Otherwise I would have given one star only. Don't stay here !"

"Good amenities, convenient location near lots of restaurant and subway lines, good value for the money spent (if you avoid very busy times like public holidays, etc). The room a bit cramped, hard to find much space for even small luggage. Not really a size issue, but rather the furniture and how it's arranged."
