It was clean.\n\nNegatives-\nThe pods aren’t soundproof, heard snoring all night throughout my entire time here.\nSomeone also brought their luggage into the room and kept opening and closing their suitcase. I highly recommend not booking this place due to the pods not being soundproof.\nAlso…There were too many people for the area, too tight a fit and there is only one elevator so you’ll have to wait for a long time.\nLast note, the lights stay on the entire night so it’s bright in the pod- even with the curtain down."

I knew about the pod access restriction before booking, but not being able to access my own locker during this time? That’s a major hassle. You can’t swing by to repack, drop off bags, or grab forgotten items unless you planned everything to the last detail. It's stressful, especially if you're coming back mid-day and realize you need something.\n\nRule enforcement is also poor. Guests wore shoes in the pod area and made noise—staff didn’t say a thing. Worst part? On my first night, the pod area was playing LOUD classical music, which was supposed to be relaxing but ended up being incredibly distracting when I was trying to sleep.\n\nSecurity is another concern. The front door opens automatically when someone stands near it from the inside—no key tap needed—which felt unsafe. Locker access and entry are controlled by a single printed QR code, so if you lose it, you're in trouble. I strongly suggest asking for a spare copy.\n\nAlso, don’t expect the sleep analysis to be automatic. You need to specifically request it when booking via Agoda or any platform, as only certain pods (on specific floors) are equipped with the technology.\n\nOn top of that, the locker area is on a different floor, there’s only one elevator, and stairs aren't allowed, so moving around is a chore. There’s no laundry machine, the vending machine was out of order, and check-in can be slow—especially if you're arriving late or early, so send your flight details ahead of time.\n\nTo be fair, the place is clean, visually appealing, and the all-women environment offered peace of mind. The toiletries were lovely—great-smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. But aesthetics alone don’t make up for the lack of flexibility, noise, and basic functionality.\n\nUnless you're highly organized and willing to tolerate inconvenience, this capsule stay will likely be more stressful than restful."
