"This place was a sauna. The air conditioning barely worked — it felt like it was blowing slightly warm air the entire time. I called the front desk, and They offered a fan…\nCouldn’t sleep, couldn’t relax, and definitely couldn’t enjoy the room. I spent more time sweating than resting. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort — not a heat trap.\nWould not stay here again unless they seriously upgrade their maintenance and customer service.\nAbsolutely Disgusting — Bedbugs! Stay Away!\nI don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was too awful not to share. I checked into the hotel late at night after a long day of travel, only to wake up a few hours later covered in bedbug bites. I pulled back the sheets and, to my horror, found actual bugs crawling on the mattress seams. Totally unacceptable.\nI immediately went to the front desk, and the staff seemed unfazed — like this wasn’t the first time. They offered to "change rooms," but at that point, the damage was done. No apology, no refund, no concern for guest safety or hygiene.\nAvoid this place like the plague unless you want to take home itchy souvenirs and a ruined trip.\nI will send a Bedbugs pictures."

"Parking\n20 euro per day parking, only 4 spots, call ahead to reserve spot. We showed up and were SOL. Blue spots on the street are paid parking. Free after 1900 on Friday and through the weekend. Found a parking garage 2 minutes away that was 25 euro overnight.\n\nPositive\nSoftest bed on my whole Italy trip! They have a free breakfast buffet included. The hotel is very nice and honestly the nicest Quality Inn I have stayed at."

"As others have noted the hotel first and second floor are going under renovation. Our room was comfortable. No real place to sit in room but lobby was good area to sit. Our mattress was likely old and had a sleeping pad on top of it. It was comfortable enough. Wi-Fi was excellent except for the dining area. Bathroom was good and it had a separate bidet which was very nice. Didn’t seem like the room had ac but didn’t need it on our visit. Room had a safe and nice closets but no dresser. Breakfast was very good with wide selection but no change in product. Staff was excellent and spoke excellent English. One ding was that there was a vending machine outside our door. This should be put near elevator area. Plenty selection of places to eat within walking distance. Cipro metro and Vatican also an easy walk. Hotel is on its way to renovation so don’t let that worry you. It is clean, safe and good value. Can’t speak to parking because we didn’t have a car. Recommend."
