"Perfect for transit – great location and helpful staff\nGreat location right next to Roma Termini, ideal for transit travelers – no need to drag suitcases through Rome's streets. The hotel is a bit worn inside, but still comfortable. My room key card didn't work, so I had to use a manual key, but the staff quickly solved the issue. Overall, a very convenient and good hotel for short stays."

"Design and location are the only features. The hot water is not hot (i assume they do not have a tank big enough for all the guests so you have to be early). The noise isolation is poor, for some reason we have good a room that was separated from another room just by a door - i could literally hear every move of the neighbours. It is okey price - quality offer but it is hard to recommend"

"Follow-up Review:\nAfter my initial review, I received a response from the hotel manager, who was very understanding and offered me a complimentary room upgrade for my next stay. I appreciate the willingness to address my concerns. I absolutely loved Rome, and I’m excited to return this autumn. I’m curious to see if my previous experience was just a one-time occurrence. Looking forward to giving the hotel another chance.\n\nFirst review\nAt the beginning, we were greeted by a young receptionist who seemed annoyed that we had come to her hotel. We arrived on 4 April at 11:00 AM (check-in was from 2:00 PM), and the luggage room was full - clearly a sign that the rooms hadn't been prepared yet, so the receptionist could have changed our room.\nWe asked if we could get a room on an upper floor, as it was important for us to have at least a bit of a view. Without even checking the computer, she replied—clearly even more annoyed—that it wasn’t possible: "We're fully booked, madam!" However, she assured us we would have a view of the side street.\nWhen we entered the room, we were completely shocked: it was barely bigger than a storage closet, with a frosted window that most likely faced a wall (room 107)! We asked to change the room, and she called her supervisor—another young man who told me to calm down and insisted that the room had a view of the street... even though I had just come from it! Either these people lied to me, or they had no idea what rooms the hotel actually had.\nIn the end, we were given room 104. I have never stayed in a room with such poor sound insulation! We could literally hear people coughing on the street. At 5:15 in the morning, the garbage truck woke us up.\nI’ve stayed in many hotels, but I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience. We paid the price of a 4-star hotel for rudeness and noise. I do not recommend it."
