"We had a great time here,management, front desk, bell boys, bar service all were amazing.\nWe got upgraded and our room was clean with a kettle and tea and coffee.\nNice atmosphere, good air conditioning, and mostly comfortable.\n\nThe hotel is a palace , a museum, and a historic site that needs to be appreciated. See the photos.\nClose to everything.\nCeiling art is hand painted, halls are beautiful. Everything was amazing.\nThe gym has showers, coffee.it is very beautiful ,.and water station and apples l\nBreakfast buffet had huge selection from cheeses, eggs, meats, pastry, fruits, yogurt, salads, breads, grilled vegetables, and corner for healthy food. Some may say the guestrooms are old, but I would describe them as classic and reflecting the rich history of the hotel, which I appreciated even more after reading about it on their website.\n\nThe service was outstanding from start to finish. Special thanks to Lani, who handled all the details with such care, and a heartfelt thank you to Alessandro, the F&B Manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel special throughout our stay. The carefully curated dinner was delicious, the wine pairings were perfect, and the presentation of both the food and dessert was beautiful.\n\nFrom the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. I believe her name was Patricia at the front desk—she greeted us warmly and already knew who we were.
