"Terrible Experience: Bed Bugs, Rude Service, and Stale Breakfast**\n\nI had an awful stay at this hotel. First and foremost, the room had bed bugs! My partner and I woke up with bites all over, and when we reported it to the front desk, the staff was dismissive and rude. Instead of apologizing, they acted like it was no big deal and offered no real solution.\n\nThe service throughout our stay was equally disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. We also had issues with our room not being cleaned properly, and requests for basic amenities were either ignored or took forever to be fulfilled.\n\nTo top it all off, the breakfast was terrible. The food was stale and clearly not fresh, with limited options that were barely edible. We ended up skipping breakfast after the first day because it was just that bad.\n\nI would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience from start to finish. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid the nightmare we went through."

"Got stuck in the lift to and was just told to try again. Did not use this again. Filthy lift.\nGot into the room which was unmade from previous guest. No apologies but was located another instantly which smelt damp. We asked for another due to my sister's asthma but was told no other rooms were available. Mosquitoes in the landing so get into rooms really quickly and have ac blasting.\n\nLocation not ideal but bus and metro to get to attractions are easy.\n\nUnpleasant staff in dining area who was also receptionist in the morning."

"Absolutely amazing hotel, we loved this four star hotel. So cute and well decorated inside.we were given a code for the gate for if we arrived late, we never locked out since we listened and wrote the code down :)\nmy husband and parents & myself stayed here for 9 days, Their rooms are perfectly clean, and we had housekeeping everyday, the lady who does the house keeping is very informative and is great at keeping the rooms tidy, she’s very polite 😊\n\nthe breakfast in the morning is absolutely delicious and we loved their freshly baked pastries / pies. The coffee options are amazing ☕️ the lady at the front desk is so polite and she was very helpful with us as we don’t speak Italian 😌\n\nThe rooms had air conditioning and bus is very accessible / easy to use at its right in front of the hotel 🚌 🏨\n\nIt’s about a 20 min ride from the city and all the major attractions. Thank you again Cervara Park Hotel Staff for meeting our high demands and for the wonderful stay!\nI recommend this 100% and their affordable prices 🤗"
