Nice meal here, very generous portions. We had chowder & soup to start which arrived very quickly and was plentiful & delicious. Followed this with burger & chips and 'pub style' fish & chips, both of which were very good and very filling. Staff were nice and friendly even though...

As a Merryman, proper spelling. I walked in and bellowed, “There is a Merryman here and he would like his Free Pint!!” The Pub taker said, “The last time someone said the same and the answer still is NO!!” At least you cannot blame me for trying!! lol
