"First impressions were excellent. The entrance and garden area before the lobby is spacious, green, and well maintained, it really sets a great tone.\n\n++Shoutout to all the team members first of all, for the great service they always provide! for the hospitality of the staff, no doubt, it’s a 5 stars ⭐️ service. Even after we checked out, we had to contact them as we left our stuff behind, and they managed to arrange a delivery service to Denpasar. Well done! Thank you team.\n\nMoving on, we stayed as a couple and family, booked two rooms & extended our stay for one more night (which required moving to another room due to availability). The staff were all amazing. Genuinely warm, helpful, and professional.⭐️\nHowever, the rooms were a different story.😔\n\nThe first two deluxe rooms were okay, comfortable beds, but dated & not very clean bathrooms. One towel even had black stains, which looked like mold (though it was quickly replaced).\nWalls were thin & we could hear heavy noise from the room above all night.\nWhen we moved to the other room, the condition was worse ☹️\nThe AC was visibly moldy, which raised health concerns.\nDoors were difficult to unlock and close, and headboards had stains.\nOverall, the room felt poorly maintained and definitely in need of renovation.\n\nThe two pools were great, clean and enjoyable.\nThe restaurant had good food with a beautiful sea view.\n\nIt's disappointing because the first impression was very positive, & the staff and common areas are excellent. But the rooms are dated & don't match the standard of the rest of the hotel. With proper renovation, this hotel could be a fantastic place to stay."

"(-) Rooms outdated and moldy. We had two rooms and none had towels.. We booked one room as a twin but got both double rooms, we didn’t insist on room change but asked for a second blanket.. 3 times during the day and only after coming to reception we received it.\n\n(-) Internet is bad.\n\n(-) In one of the rooms bed was made up only half to the „knees“ I will attach a picture.\n\n(+) Breakfast was good.\n(+) Restaurant staff was helpful and food was good during dinner. Cocktails were great.\n\n(+) Location also good where you can see the sunset.\n\n(+) Swimming pool was amazing and not crowded!\n\n(+) Safe is only accessible on request and is very small and can be easily carried out.\n\n(+) Refreshing welcome drink on arrival."

"First impressions are great, lovely reception, entrance staff super nice, welcome drinks.\nBuffet breakfasr is great and so is the pool.\nBut the rooms ! Horrendous. Run down, dirty that apparently doesn't come off( it does, I tried) (other peoples grub in the bath tub, other poeples toothpaste near the sink. The toilets leak over the floor when you flush. There are leaks also under the bath when you take a shower (if you have the courage to do so).\nThe walls are dirty, in the bedroom aswell and the tables are dirty.\nThese rooms 400's are in dore need of a full renovation.\nSuch a shame"
