"I put one star because I can't choose any less.\nThe room was not at all what they said it would and what they show in the booking. I booked through agoda and was expecting something good, but it was terrible. Dirty, humidity everywhere, bathroom broken and floor full of water, dark.\nThe staff was nice, but did not help me cancel and I do not know yet if I will get my money back. As soon as I got in the room I saw everything and left.\nDo not go here."

"Swimming pool is the highlight of this hotel, it must have been nicer in the past. I needed to stay in Kuta so I reserved for long stay, I just was too lazy to chose after reserving my first hotel. I should’ve reserved a few days, take a look and decide if I stay longer or leave. I got sick and somehow there are local ppl probably living here as an apartment? staying in front of my room and making noise and wouldn’t move even I asked them. So I couldn’t rest at all. In that sense my hotel choice was complete failure. Location ok it’s 12mins walk to beachwalk shopping center. no fridge inside room but can use the shared one at front desk. No safe inside room. There’s bathtub but needed to clean myself before using. Thick TV. Aircon ok, wifi ok. No room cleaning but not sure if I should’ve asked them. Price wise I can’t complain about hotel, just huge minus for those ppl making noise and not leaving. Edit: I got terrible germ infection so I think it was too dangerous for staying long without room cleaning, even when I came it didn’t look like it was cleaned throughly. Other review says room was clean so maybe depend on the room type? It says 3 star but I think it’s not? I moved to other 3 star hotel price like 2.5 times clean one. Really made wrong choice this time."

"I've rated this place high on 'Value for money'. But its rather run down, but very quiet as no one stays here. The top floor rooms are cheapest though no hot water up there and many of the split-system airconditioners don't work so be prepared to move rooms til you find one that works. The management is not big on maintenance ! I like the quietness, big bedrooms, great private balcony and very large pool. Its very near the beach too. You can't book on-line, which means walking in at 2 am is risky as there's probably only the security guard on-duty who may not be able to check-you in. I've been staying here for years, and for A$15/n its good for me. Oct 2018"
