"“Terrible experience - Avoid this hotel at all costs!”\nMy stay at this Bali hotel was absolutely dreadful. We were greeted by an incredibly rude receptionist called RUSTY or something like that, who showed zero interest in helping me check in, when i came back at midnight i forgot my key and he had me wait outside for 3 hours for my roomate to come back, saying that they only have one key per room, but then said that they have but he didn't want to give me because of "hotel procedures"\n\nEdit: i published this review while i was waiting in the reception and trying some way to get my keys, after i politely insisted that was late and i needed to sleep he started screaming and violently threatening me, even pushed me outside of the lobby physically and grabbing my arms... i had to quickly leave the reception otherwise he would probably hit me.\n\nHe even wanted to call the police... yes because i guest want to enter my hotel room\n\nLuckily i managed to record everything with my phone, tomorrow will send it to the management\n\nHope the manager will do something about it\n\nTheir attitude was completely unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome from the start.\nThe room was shockingly filthy and desperately outdated.\n\nThe bathroom was in terrible condition with cracked tiles and a musty smell that made me feel sick.\n\nthe furniture looked like it hadn’t been replaced since the 1980s.\n\nThe entire building seemed to be falling apart, with everything looking old and poorly maintained.\n\nSave yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else. This place is a complete disaster and staffed by people who clearly don’t care about their guests. I regret every minute spent here and would never return.\nRating: 1/5 - Not recommended at all"

"We did not get a room here, however on our way back from the Uluwatu temple, my husband and I needed a place to eat late at night. We stopped there and immediately felt such a warm vibe from them. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very nice with nature and pretty cute places to sit and enjoy your meal. Both outside and inside seating are available. We were pleased to know that we could eat there without having a room there. The food was perfect and exactly what we needed. We finished our whole meal without being overly full and both agreed it was the perfect amount of food. We got the pork fried rice and the garlic chicken with rice., so we would highly recommend those items. We would definitely come back! Also, prices were very good!"
