"Room with a great view.\nHowever, the way the drain in the shower was set up ensured that we had a huge flood. Then we couldn't call reception because there was no phone in the room, we had to walk out & up the stairs to yell for help, because no one was at reception at that time of the night."

"Check-out\n\n12 Jul 2025\nNight\n\n1\nHi everybody\n\n“Room in the cemetery ”\n1- very old hotel , to much clear from the walls , ceiling, bed , wardrobe, it’s almost more than 40 years old seems to be 2- you have to wait more than 5 minutes until you get hot water. 3- water collects under your feet while taking shower , drainage pipe blocked. 4- very bad small in the room , it’s a urine smell. 5- when you walk you feel the Woden floor will break under your feet and it’s a noisy cracking everywhere 6- the bed is noisy with any simple movement, even if you breath you will listen the bed make a noise , annoying bed. 7- from 12:30am we start to hear strange sound on the ceiling like a big mouse or any other animal was scratching the ceiling for very long time until I stood on the chair and start to beat the ceiling back , then it stopped. 8- the furniture in the room very old , for sure more the 40 years even if less , how they keep it for people want to take rest ?!!🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️. I just feel sorry for myself and family for being in this hotel . Am very sorry to write that but I swear all above is true and I hope the management feel shame and close it for sometime and renovate it , but honestly the staff are nice like all others hotel staff in Bali , they got good hotel course , finally don’t lose your money in this cometary hotel .\n12 Jul 2025"
