"This was our second time staying at Mamo Hotel. Lovely friendly staff who really do their best in accommodating your needs. Rooms are clean and spacious, have everything you need and aircon works well. Cannot beat location - close to cafes, restaurants and Suluban beach.\n\nPool is clean and a great size. The only place we will stay at when in Uluwatu.\n\nSuksma Mamo Hotel 🙏"

"🚫 Not worth a Single Day!\nCan’t say how horrible it went!\n\nStayed three days with my Wife. Checked in at night after long flight with a “Crazy Guy” at front desk. I call him crazy cause his talking & gestures could have made things easier.\n\nWent to room! It smells super bad, floor damp (i understand it was for weather and rain) but it was not at all clean and healthy. Cabinet has stains & dirts everywhere.\n\nWent to toilet, shower is all dirty! Didn’t even try to use it. Sink has a hole in it too.\n\nAsked the front desk guy for TV remote, he said no TV since 2021. In the whole room, there is single power outlet! A dirty single outlet in the whole room.\n\nAnd to top it off, can not sleep due to the sound the road makes all night. We didn’t even try the swimming pool, just didn’t dare to try with the nastiness & unhygienic things we had seen everywhere\n\nGreat location, but for half the price, i would get better treatment in Bali, and i got so in other areas. This was robbery & mistreatment\n\nSo in a nutshell\n- Dirty & Old Bathroom\n- No telephone in the room to frontdesk\n- No television\n- No Hair Dryer (one ancient one is given that cant be used due to the shortage of cable & plug)\n- Not enough support staff (I complained to the owner via whatsapp, still they didn’t respond)\n- No Electric Kettle\n- No Mug or Spoon (forget about coffee or tea bags)\n- Not enough lighting or lights for the room\n\nAVOID at all cost"

"The hotel looks like a good stay but the room is not very well functioning.\nThere was only one plug in for charging everything and was away from the bed.\nThere was no night lamp and the light switches were far away from the bedside.\nWhen we arrived there was nobody at the reception and no one answered our calls.\nThe bathroom is very old and was as clean as it could get and the door to the bathroom was annoyingly noisy.\n\nYou can find better hotels for the same or lower pricing.\nThe pool is very nice and functional.\nHotel is close to the beach."
