"Kappa Senses is located approximately 40 minutes drive outside of Ubud in a serene environment and is quite isolated. Immerse yourself instead in the cultural experiences on offer at Kappa of which there are a few. Service from staff is always friendly and helpful. We booked through Luxury Escapes and received an offer for free flowing cocktails and an additional meal each day which were very worth it. A special call out to the young man who taught yoga an exceptional inspiring man. The only con was that we had booked a rice paddy view room with a pool. Instead we were provided with a view over a small farm and construction site. There was no privacy in the pool as the workers would stand and watch. We were also disappointed with the checkout service, we left early in the morning around 6.30am. We had touched base the day before to receive a final bill, there was no contact from Reception at all in respect to any service that could be provided to make our check out easier that morning."

"This is by far the most incredible hotel I ever stayed at. From the stunning room to the wonderful customer service, it did not disappoint.\nBeautiful, pristine and well set up. The staff made us feel so welcomed and looked after us at all times. They were indeed, the highlight of our stay.\nAll Kappa Instant experiences were great, they put so much love and care into all of them. The massages were amazing too! We also booked a cooking class and it was such a highlight. The chefs/staff that guided us through were so lovely, and the experience felt pretty unique not to mention the delicious food!\nThe restaurants and breakfast were also incredible.\nSeriously, just perfection!\nThanks once again team at Kappa Senses. We cannot wait to be back 💛"
