From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly family who owns and runs the property. Their hospitality was unmatched, and if it were possible, I’d give 6 stars for their service!\n\nThe huts are just as pictured—clean, comfortable, and charming with traditional roofs and a serene garden setting. The garden and pool area were even more picturesque than expected, offering a tranquil retreat that is well-maintained. Watching the seaweed farmers during sunset was a unique and calming experience. The staff went above and beyond, cleaning the rooms daily and even picking us up from the ferry.\n\nThe location is ideal, with easy access to the main street and a quick scooter ride or taxi to the livelier parts of the island. The pricing is reasonable, making it a great value. However, the AC in the room was quite noisy, which slightly affected the overall experience. Also, while the hotel is fantastic, I’d recommend eating at the many great restaurants within walking distance.\n\nOverall, Laguna Reef Huts is a charming and relaxing base for your Nusa Lembongan adventure. "We came here in low season and loved how quiet and peaceful the place was. We had the pool to ourselves and sometimes breakfast too. We loved sitting at their restaurant and looking out over the seaweed farms in the water and the little boats that are gently bobbing on the waves. A very relaxing place to come to. The bed was very comfortable and beautifully prepared for us. We loved having an outdoor bathroom, even though some things were a bit rusted from the salty air but that happens when you have a place so close to the ocean. There was a big mosquito net over the bed so they were no issue."
