"Location is the best! Amazing view from the pool area.\nGreat service , very nice staff and the restaurant staff as well!\nRoom design is a bit weird with river stones on the shower floor, which makes the access a bit uncomfortable.\nOverall, it's good value for money !"

"Main reception people act nice but are not!\n\nThey care about money, NOT YOU.\n\n- My mom fell on the hotel restaurant’s very bad stairs and sprained her ankle and hurt her neck, had to move, so vacation there was ruined.. staff told me to change booking on booking.com to get the lost days back\nI did, and when we weren’t there, they just denied the change and rented the room out again…. Then acted like we were the problem ( they never cared )\n\n- Fire in electric pole behind our room\n(1 meter away) staff never explained/cared or said sorry\n\n- Dimmed room, not much light\n\n- Bad view from room, palms or buildings in the way\n\n- Many insects getting into the room\n\n- Pool is nice and the only place + restaurant with a real good view\n\n- Restaurant staff is very nice!\nThey probably won’t read all this and justify it by “it was your mistake”"

The restaurant is pretty good too - we would recommend the skewers. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would recommend this to anyone!"
