"Good value hotel to stay in the Benoa area, with lots of eateries along the main road. Nusa Dua not too far away. Swimming pool is large, although unfortunately seating space around the pool is limited at busy times. Rooms are quite spacious, with balconies a nice addition to some. Whilst they are in need of some extra maintenance and renovation, this appears to be planned very soon. Housekeeping kept things clean and were very friendly, as were all of the staff at the hotel. The reception team were very accommodating to our request for late checkout, also helping us store our bags. Breakfast service gets quite chaotic at busy periods, with things running out quickly. However, it is good value and the breakfast area is nice at quieter times.\nWishing the hotel well with upcoming renovations - the hotel deserves to match the friendly service the staff provide. We hope to stay again in the future!"
