"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Resort in Bali. The facilities are beautiful, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. We would especially like to highlight the friendly and caring staff, particularly Maria and Pauline, the kitchen staff and everyone else, who were always there to assist us and were very attentive.\n\nThe yoga sessions with Steffi by the sea were another highlight. They were tailored to our needs and took place against a stunning backdrop. Additionally, we had the opportunity to participate in a ceremony at the on-site temple for the highest holiday in Bali, which was a unique experience.\n\nWhen we weren't on excursions, we enjoyed the excellent spa treatments that perfectly rounded off our stay. Overall, we can recommend the Holiday Resort to anyone looking to truly relax and unwind. It’s a great place to find peace. For those seeking more action, we recommend being closer to the hustle and bustle."

"A Place Full of Heart – Our Favorite Resort in North Bali\n\nDuring our month-long stay in the north of Bali, around Tejakula, we visited many resorts — all of them beautiful, stylish, and well-maintained. But Hollywood Garden Resort & Spa truly stood out. We were there as a family with two kids, and this place felt like a home away from home.\n\nYou can immediately feel that this resort was created with love. It’s the little things that make all the difference — the thoughtfully chosen flowers and plants, the charming decorations, the cozy restaurant, the peaceful spa… There’s heart and intention in every corner of this place.\n\nOther resorts may be fancy, but they often lack the warmth and human touch you find here. There’s a genuine friendliness in the atmosphere, a sense of care that’s hard to put into words — but easy to feel.\n\nThe staff is simply amazing: warm, caring, and attentive. You quickly feel like part of a family. It was honestly hard to leave, because we knew we’d miss the people.\n\nThe spa is exceptionally clean and offers wonderful massages, which added to our relaxation. The service overall is excellent, the restaurant food is delicious, and the breakfast buffet is fresh and generous. Every evening we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets, and being able to snorkel and dive directly from the resort’s beach was a huge bonus — the reef just offshore is vibrant and beautiful.\n\nYou have the opportunity to do yoga in the morning directly by the sea — a peaceful and truly grounding experience, surrounded by the sound of the waves and the fresh ocean breeze.\n\nAnother thing we loved was the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of North Bali. Compared to the busy south, it’s far more relaxed and untouched — no crowds, no stress, just calm. And there’s still so much to explore:\n• Beautiful temples, including sacred water temples and the iconic Mother Temple (Pura Besakih)\n• Stunning waterfalls, like Les Waterfall, which is just around the corner from the resort\n• Authentic village life, like in Tejakula, where we came across a lovely local fair next to a football field with a stunning mountain backdrop — complete with a hidden playground our kids loved\n\nWe wholeheartedly recommend Holiway Garden Resort — not just as a place to stay, but as a place to truly feel. "100% recommended. 😇What a beautiful and peaceful place! We spent our spring vacation in Bali and had a wonderful time at Holiway Garden & Resort Hotel. ☀️\n\nMaria, the manager and owner of the hotel, and her crew were very hospitable and took great care of our needs. The food was fantastic and so were the cocktails. The food was always fresh and healthy.\n\nAbout the resort: The pool area was my favorite place. You can find peace and quiet while listening to the sound of the ocean. The resort is beautifully situated by the sea with great vegetation, lots of palm trees and native plants. The villas are also a highlight, very well maintained, spacious and of high quality with their own terrace, which was often used. Unique & beautiful: the bathroom with open shower and bathtub, you feel like you're in the middle of nature. Everything is clean and the room layout is very good.\n\nIf you want, you can use the on-site spa with many traditional massages, and there are various yoga and meditation options. There are loungers to relax on right by the ocean with a fantastic view. A highlight for me was the nearby ocean reef, which I regularly used for spontaneous snorkeling trips.\n\nTo sum up: It’s a very beautiful & peaceful hotel, right at the ocean with great food, service and with everything you need if you want to have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I would book the hotel again anytime. It exceeded my high expectations by far. 5/5 ✅"
