"Fantastic stay here. The staff are amazing and so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfy. We had the pool to ourselves and had great service from the team from getting drinks and snacks to helping with towels. The best was our night in the courtyard, listening to live music and being waited on. Buffet breakfast was great value and good food. It was awesome. Loved every minute of it."

"I stayed at the Holiday Inn Bali Sanur with friends for a vacation, and overall it was a solid experience. The location is unbeatable—steps from the beach, close to shops and cafes, and walkable to a lot of great local spots.\n\nThe service was consistently great—staff were warm, helpful, and made us feel really welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were nice and clean, but I gave it 4 stars because the design and comfort level were a bit more basic than expected for the price point.\n\nStill, everything worked smoothly and the stay was relaxing. I’d recommend this spot especially for group trips or anyone wanting a convenient beach location with reliable service."

"This is a so suitable and nice hotel, the most comfortable and well located of all the hotels I have stayed alone in Bali.\n\n1. All the staff are very sophisticated, Well-educated, well-experienced and very kind.\nThey are the kind of people who could work in a high quality hotel anywhere in the world.\n\n2. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The shape and size of the desk are both very good, and the green wooden storage (with a refrigerator inside) is a nice accent to the room.\n\n3. As a Japanese, I have never stayed in a hotel without a Toto Eco Washer. Of course, there is one here.\n\n4. The view from the rooftop pool is relaxing for body and soul. You can see the sunrise early in the morning, and then the pool is less crowded during breakfast time, so 7-9 am is a good time for those who don't want to get sunburned and enjoy swimming.\n\n5. Convenient location to go anywhere.\nReliable money exchangers, supermarkets, famous Italian restaurants, inexpensive and delicious Warung, Sensetia and Utama Spice for souvenirs, familiar and inexpensive friendly Korean and Japanese restaurants are all within a 5-7 minute walk.\n\nI no longer have to look for another hotel in Sanur.\nI am sure I will be back here again next year."
