"Poor Management!!!!\n\nWe arrived at Anantara Ubud and were excited however our experience was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival at 5.30PM, we were shocked to find that our rooms were located on opposite sides of the hotel ( we are a family of 5 with small children so we had to split, 1 adult with 2kids and the other parent in another room with 1kid, it is supposed to be a family vacation)After a long day of travel, we expected to settle in comfortably, but we didn’t get access to our rooms until 9 PM hoping the matter to be resolved and find a solution to the issue.\n\nWhat made matters worse was the lack of assistance from the management. Despite our repeated requests for help, nothing was resolved, and we felt completely ignored. This experience added unnecessary stress to our family vacation, and we just wanted to leave the premises right away.\nBy the time we finally got settled in those two rooms(far away from each other)it was too late for a proper dinner. We ended up ordering room service, which was less than ideal, especially with tired kids who were ready to sleep.\n\nHaving traveled the world and stayed in numerous five-star hotels, I can confidently say that the management at Anantara is among the poorest I've encountered. I left feeling frustrated and wishing we could simply leave this place as soon as possible.\n\nI cannot recommend Anantara for families looking for a relaxing getaway. Save yourself the trouble and choose a hotel that truly values its guests!"

"Anantara Ubud Bali Resort is a peaceful haven nestled deep in the tropical forest – a perfect escape from the noise and rush of everyday life.\n\nThe entire resort is designed for serenity and relaxation. It’s beautifully secluded, surrounded by lush greenery and jungle sounds – the kind of place where time slows down.\n\nI stayed in a room (not a villa), and it was elegant, spacious, and incredibly quiet – exactly what I was looking for.\n\nThe wellness treatments were excellent, delivered by caring professionals in a calming setting. The food was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented.\n\nWhat truly made the difference, though, was the exceptional staff: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make my stay feel effortless and deeply relaxing.\n\nIf you’re looking for peace, nature, and thoughtful service, this is the place."

"We had a wonderful stay at Anantara Ubud with our family. The villa was beautiful, quiet, and surrounded by nature and forest. Everything was very clean and comfortable.\n\nThe staff were friendly and always helpful. A special thank you to Jeni, our villa host, for her kind support during our stay—she made everything easier and more enjoyable.\n\nThis place is perfect for anyone who loves nature and wants to relax in a peaceful forest environment. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!"
