"Scary place. Very weird atmosphere... to get to the room, you have to walk through a deserted derelict part of the resort... Villas in total ruin, landscaping overgrown and unkempt which gives a really eerie feeling like being in a post apocalypse zombie movie to reach the only part where there is the only building still habitable.\nWhen I asked what happened, they told me that after covid pandemic 5 years ago they don't have the money to maintain or improve it. I found the price expensive but wanted to be near the harbour so thought it would be a nice treat staying here!\nThere were stains and hairs on the bedsheets, bathroom hadn't been cleaned for years... not acceptable for 650,000.\nThe place is completely misadvertised.\nFrom what I can gather there is a Japanese investor, absent owner who clearly wants to take all the revenue and not put a penny back into the hotel. I would highly recommend you avoid this place."

"Very bad smell , dirty room , humid and wet , very noisy even at night doing construction. I had to left the room in middle of the night because the noise and the horrible smell . You will lose your money and your time . Don’t go there"

"This is a well maintained property. Location is extremely convenient, hardly a 3 min walk to Sanur port where ferries and fast boats to the nearby islands are available. We made a very last minute booking and were fortunate enough to get a good room, thanks to the owner. The hotel properly is quite large and has nice gardens within."
