"Pros\n1) - Great facilities in the room - comes with washing machine, fridge, kitchen area and good air conditioning\n2) - Next to a 24 hour coffee shop\n3)- Room was very clean/well presented. No issues with it at all.\n\nNotes for future guests: turn the boiler on (its in the switchboard at the front of the room), and keep it on, because you won't have hot water in the shower otherwise and it takes a while to heat up, so just leave it on. Shower itself is really good also. Hairdryer provided.\n\n4)- Location is not that bad and it's easy to get taxis in Greece using apps and they are very inexpensive. You can get a taxi anywhere for very little. The area itself is a little run down, but I never felt unsafe once, either did my partner. Just people outside chilling.\n\n5)- Team is very responsive via whatsapp and will get back to you very quickly.\n\nCons\n1)- It's basically like an Airbnb - there is no service desk/check in at all. It is all online and there is a lockbox that you collect keys from. Therefore the "hotel" name is very misleading and we actually didn't want to stay in an Airbnb, and on booking.com we removed these type of apartments from the search, only to end up getting this still.\n\n2)- You are charged a cleaning fee, but this is for when you leave. They don't service or clean your room at all. I didn't like this. I think cleaning should be a part of the service.\n\n3)- The apartment is located on a busy street so noise comes through the windows, its not really soundproofed and I think this could be a problem for other guests. You hear car noises pretty regularly all the way through the night, sometimes horns, sometimes engines etc. I would suggest bringing some earplugs, just in-case. I also think the curtains could be a lot better, they don't remove all of the light in the morning."

"The location wasn't the best as I had to walk quite a distance to the nearest station and I could also hear street noise which disturbed my sleep. In addition, they tried charging me €50 for losing my key which I found very bizarre as it only costs €6 for a replacement"

"The good: New apartment, good facilities and quite clean. There’s everything you need, full kitchen, washing machine, lift, balcony, air-con and heating. I’ve had good experience with the communication too - you can contact them using WhatsApp. Check in is simple too, just contact them and get the password for key locker. 15 minutes walk to the centre, and a supermarket nearby.\nThe bad: The location is on a busy road, so lots of traffic noise day and night. Also the neighbourhood is not the best(although very convenient), but I suspect most areas inside the city are similar.\nSummary: It’s a good place if you stay on a higher floor (4th or 5th) or not facing the road, then the noise issue will be much better. Also it’s an apartment not a hotel, so everything is self-service."
