"We had a lovely room, but one with no view of the Acropolis as we wanted a king-size bed. You can store your luggage there before your room is ready. Which is great because lugging your luggage around the streets of any city in Europe is not fun.\nThe staff were friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was absolutely clean and well-organized. The room was spacious with plenty of room to move around. The breakfast was complete and constantly replenished, which was fantastic.\n\nThe location is excellent, and the staff were incredibly amazing and friendly. Honestly, I can’t find any faults — I would 100% recommend this hotel. Considering the price, it’s truly exceptional and outstanding.\n\nMy parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"Great location. That's about it. The staff, in particular one named Nico, was just not very helpful, a bit condescending in our opinion. We had messaged the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer from the airport, we asked for an infant car seat to be provided, which they confirmed and it was at an additional cost, which we agreed. Upon pick up by the taxi driver, no car seat, we advised we had requested one. He said hotel never let him know. We had to check in the next morning as we arrived at the hotel around midnight and there was no one at the front desk. We mentioned this at check in, and Nico just said ok yeah I'll talk to the driver. Later that day he just said yeah the driver forgot it. But that's it, no refund for the extra fee paid for the car seat, no apology, his manner was very dismissive, like he just didn't want to deal with you. the other issue was the AC, it was set in heat mode and the only solution was to turn it off completely, not even an option to get a fan. It was 18+degrees out, for guests visiting from cooler countries there should be an option, the room was roasting!!! And you can't open the windows or you get all the mosquitoes in (which were already in the room as housekeeping had left the window open!)"
