"For 1 star and the price, really excellent!!\n\nFor a 1 star hotel I am extremely impressed!! Shared bathroom was cleaned several times per day. Rooms were very clean, staff were helpful and very polite.\n\nThe only small negative was I paid for 2x single beds but there were none available when I arrive so I had to share with a friend. Luckily the shared bed was a very large double with plenty of space so it worked out well."

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel had bedbugs, and after reporting it to reception, we were unfairly asked to leave despite having paid for additional nights. Poor customer service and lack of proper resolution. Would not recommend."

"Nightmare of a hotel. Run the other way. Review from a month ago wasn’t lying. This hotel surely violates hygiene and safety standards - it is not safe on all fronts. I’ve never seen so many bedbugs in a hotel room, and had so many bites all over me. We literally had to end up moving to a different hotel. The pesky bedbugs continued to follow us everywhere we went, no matter how much we tried to sanitise. My whole body was covered in bed bug bites and we ended up spending more on sanitising and cream to fix my inflammation.\nAlso would be careful using their elevator, particularly if you have long dresses, skirts, or children - there is an exposed moving wall.\nThey do not have the amenities they claim to have (hot water, wifi). You’ll end up having to use your own customer-service to the hotel manager, who is unreasonable, lacks any customer-service skills and gets emotional when you ask why certain amenities aren’t present (despite being advertised).\nThey also had extremely loud construction going on from 8AM sharp, which we wish we were told prior to booking this nightmare of a hotel.\nDespite falsely advertising about amenities and services available, they will not provide you a refund for the unused nights."
