"On the surface, the internals of the hotel are good. It seems clean and most staff are nice people. But beneath the surface you will find cockroachs and unknown stains on bed sheets. However, these were the only bad points. We used the duvet cover as another layer between us and the stained mattress. Although it was fairly disgusting to know that we were sleeping with cockroachs in the bathroom (only 1 in the bed room), the rest of the internals are pleasant. Air con, fridge, decent shower, a TV, and even a nice balcony.\n\nThe area outside is less than is to be desired. Upon arrival, we felt fairly unsafe. Surrounded by homelessness, it isn't unreasonable to feel insecure. However, after around 4 to 5 days, we felt more at ease. Although there were homeless people, they didn't bother us. Although it felt rough, there were no rough looking people or violence. In fact, the people in the surrounding area seemed pleasant; standard locals.\n\nConsidering the proximity to transport and the low price of the hotel, these negatives can be forgiven. Although I wouldn't stay again, I don't regret the stay."

"‼️ BED BUGS!! ‼️ Do NOT stay here!!\n\nThis hotel has a bed bug infestation and cockroaches in the room!\n\nWe booked the hotel from June 11-14 for 3 nights. We found out within 2 hours of getting into the room that there are bedbugs and left the hotel immediately. Luckily we didn’t get any infection on us.\n\nThe front desk guy was nice and let us change room from 401 to 505, but then we found out the second room has even more traces of bed bugs in the mattress.\n\nWe left the hotel immediately at 2am even though we booked for 4 nights. But the hotel refused to give us any refund after one week of trying to communicate with them, even though we didn’t stay there at all for rest of the nights, and they offered no apologies.\n\nVery disappointing terrible experience!\n\nSee the photos for proof of bed bug."

"Great hotel for such a low price! 24 hour reception made us feel safe and taken care of. The room was cozy and absolutely clean. The cleaning lady made our beds and provided fresh towels every day! The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. We had no problems with the location, actually it was very conveniently close to the centre and metro."
