"A good hotel.\nOther than the bed being quite hard, the room was good and had air conditioning & a balcony.\nBreakfast was good.\nReception staff were really friendly.\n\nVery close to the metro station. And there are several restaurants and stores surrounding the area."

"The hotel is very average - clean rooms, tiny bathrooms, and acceptable common areas. Sadly, the price charged is embarrassing to what else is on offer in better neighbourhoods nearby. However, the location is horrendous. At ALL times of day and night directly outside the hotel and in the surrounding street there were dozens of vagrants roaming about, several people openly using IV drugs, prostitutes, constant smell of urine and feces in the neighbourhood, and the metro, while close, is not safe. There is no food or drink options nearby because the location is so bad. I always ended up taking the metro to Plaka. only stayed here because I joined a tour and this was the starting hotel. The cab driver that dropped me off told me to be careful and not stay here - luckily it was only 2 nights. DO NOT STAY HERE! You can find better, safer, more lively and cheaper accommodation in Plaka where everything is walkable."

"OK hotel, quite basic, beds quite hard, but it's clean, had a balcony and a good shower, although the bathroom floor floods.\nBreakfast was good. Reception staff were friendly.\nLift to the floors was a bit antiquated with an external door which makes it tricky with luggage or a pushchair.\nAbout a 20 minute walk from the centre of Athens but only three minutes from the closest metro station and about 5 to 10 minutes from bars and restaurants."
