Parnis Palace Hotel

"The hotel it was nice and clean, the stuff polite and helpful but the rooms have not proper pillows the curtains doesn't block the light to came in the room so for both reason you can't sleep and rest, that's why my husband and I left to find and stay for the next 6 days of our vacation. Also the bathroom was ok but need an update and better cleaning .also I notice that they change only the sheets not the cover of the bed 🤢🤢"

"Where should I start... The hotel is clearly abandoned. The pool is not cleaned, there is an oily matter on top of the water. The pool's walls are green and there are a lot of bugs / leaves into the water.\n\nThe breakfast is ... Well, very cheap. It's a 4 star hotel and it should be better. The service for the breakfast is not even ready at 7 o'clock in the morning when the restaurant is opening. The "hand made" fruit juice is from bottles, the eggs are battery-farmed. All of the breakfast is available at 9.30 a.m which is ... Ridiculous when the restaurant is closing at 10.\n\nConcerning the rooms, at least there is an air conditioner in the room, and an anti-mosquitos barrier at the window. Beside that, the sheets of the beds are torn/has holes in them, the floor is barely swept, the wooden doors are dying. The air system in the bathrooms makes so much noise too ...\n\nTo finish this review, I've lost my glasses at the pool and a client gave them to the receptionists. When I ask them if they have my glasses : " no we don't have any medical glasses here" . I had to ask trice and bring the customer who gave them for the receptionist to give me my glasses back 🤦🏻‍♂️\n\nAnd I forgot a white shirt too when we departed and after coming back for it (they cleaned the room) they didn't want to give me my shirt back again, I had to let it go.\n\nIt was a horrible experience, I don't recommend this hotel for now. They are probably in bankrupt actually. Until this hotel don't hire some good and honest people, and attract more people for them to gain some money and invest it, i don't recommend you to go there."
