"I stayed in this hotel for a wedding in October 2024 and I can definitely say it is the best hotel I have stayed at in Greece. The rooms had all the amenities and space we needed - a comfortable bed, a pull out sofa for maximum occupancy, all the toiletries in the bathroom including liquid hand soap, shower gel, a conditioning shampoo, and towels. The bathroom also had a window which was perfect as I find that hotel bathroom extractor fans are never strong enough.\n\nThe breakfast included was amazing as there was such a wide variety of options of pastries, waffles, meats, vegetables, cereals, cheeses, breads, and more. They also had a station where some mornings they would be making fresh eggs at your request or fresh pancakes. Their selection of teas and coffees from the machine were also extensive so my family and I often found ourselves sitting back after breakfast with repeat visits to the hot drinks station to get something else to have with a donut or pastry we hadn't yet tried. I would particularly like to mention Peggy, one of the servers at breakfast who took care of myself and my family every day. She even made sure that there was a table reserved for my parents every morning in their preferred side of the outdoor seating and was always on hand to help us out. She made an already pleasant visit even better by making us feel very welcome.\n\nConsidering I was there for a wedding, I got more time in the pool than I expected and it was a nice family friendly one - it wasn't too deep for younger children as it didn't go any deeper than 1.6 (I think that might be deeper than it was too). It was also a good size for people to swim around in while others played with younger kids.\n\nJust outside the hotel there are two really great restaurants as well if you don't feel like staying in for the evening but want to be close by to your room for the end of the night. One of them is more outdoor open seating and the other is more of a rustic indoors seafood restaurant - both with incredible and delicious food."

"The hotel is in a great location, close to the port of Rafina and with a beach just below the property – perfect for a quick swim or relaxing by the sea.\nApart from breakfast, there's also the option to have dinner at the hotel, which is very convenient.\n\nThe rooms are renovated, comfortable, and stylishly designed, offering a modern and pleasant stay.\nThe only downside we experienced was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.\n\nThere’s also a lovely outdoor area where you can enjoy your coffee or drink in a relaxed atmosphere.\n\nBut above all, what truly made our stay special was the incredible hospitality of the hotel staff.\nFrom the friendly and helpful reception team, always ready to assist, to the wonderful girls working during breakfast and dinner – everyone was smiling, welcoming, and made us feel right at home.\n\nThey even made sure our little one had a great time, which meant a lot to us.\nA special thank you to Kalia at the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make our child’s holiday unforgettable.\n\nThank you all so much – we hope to return soon!"

"We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we mentioned that we would be leaving for a midnight flight and wouldn’t be having breakfast. We asked for a small discount, which the front desk staff agreed to, but then added a €10 tax on top.\n\nAfterward, we found a better price through a third-party site and asked if they could match it. The staff member refused and told us, rather dismissively, to just go ahead and book it there. We asked if we’d still have to pay taxes to the hotel if we booked online, and she said, “If you’re paying tax there, then no need to pay us.”\n\nWe went ahead and booked through the site and returned to the hotel a few hours later. When we came back, the same staff member looked us in the eye, smiled, and sarcastically asked, “How much did you get it for?” — implying she would still charge us the same. Even though we had booked for less than her original offer, she still charged us an additional €10, claiming it was a “residence tax.” We showed proof that we had already paid a similar amount in taxes through the third-party platform, but she brushed it off, saying those taxes were separate.\n\nWhat frustrated us even more was the staff’s attitude — instead of being helpful, she seemed to take pleasure in making things difficult for us.\n\nOn top of that, the room itself was underwhelming despite being “renovated.” The balcony doors barely opened, and there were no screens, so we couldn’t air out the room without letting in bugs.\n\nThis is unfortunately the only negative hotel experience I’ve had in Greece, and I would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone."
