"The hotel has a good, central location in Athens. Breakfast is simple but good and plentiful. However, the rooms are in need of repainting – there are marks and scratches on all the walls, and the hallways don’t look any better. Storage space in the rooms is almost non-existent: no wardrobe, only three small drawers.\n\nThe front desk staff could be more friendly and helpful. When we asked for a nail salon, the reply was simply: “Better Google it.” We bought a bottle of water for €2, but they couldn’t change a €10 bill. On another day, we asked where we could find a shop to print a picture from our phone – the answer was just: “Hmm, no idea.”"

"We had a lot of apprehension after booking the room and only later checking out the neighborhood (Omonia).\n\nIgnore the dire warnings about the drug addicts, hookers and filth.\n\nThe street, while hardly scenic, was fine. Great central location—easy walk to the Omonia Square Metro station.\n\nHotel was clean, modern and bright. Room was surprisingly spacious. Decent breakfast.\n\nWhere this place really shines, though, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was beyond helpful, friendly and polite. We were especially delighted to meet Kristine at the front desk. She was amazing.\n\nWe will be staying here again after we return from our cruise.\n\nHighly recommended!"

"The hotel was very clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I.e. we had ordered a taxi for the cruise port ( time sensitive). The taxi was delayed. As we were headed in to ask them to call, the staff were already calling! Nothing bad to say about the hotel. Would stay there again!"
