"Good location, 10-15 min walk to the Acropolis Museum. Stayed in the 'premium suite' room, which is a block away from reception and the breakfast area. Breakfast was excellent, room was fine (though the outdoor patio advertised on the website for a premium suite was misleading- it depends on which floor you're on). Note that there was no overhead shower, there was only a corner bathtub with a handheld shower head. (I saw other reviews and expected this).\n\nThe biggest drawback was a small but important thing- the toilet paper was the worst, most uncomfortable paper I have ever used!! I've traveled in over 60 countries and in a variety of accommodations and didn't even know toilet paper could be so bad. It felt like sandpaper. Not just thin or stiff, but it had grit. I had to steal toilet paper from museums and restaurants to use instead. For this reason, I cannot recommend this hotel as a 3 star hotel unless the toilet paper is changed.\n\nStayed July 2025"

"This hotel was perfect for my trip. They also have amazing customer service. I returned to Athens for a night before my flight and realized I'd booked my room for the wrong night. After realizing my mistake at reception, they were able to book me in another room for that night, offer me a slight discount (since the room was more expensive than the one I accidentally booked), and cancel the mistaken room at no cost.\n\nAdditionally, the rooms were well-equipped and very comfortable. The hotel is only a short walk from amazing restaurants and major tourist destinations.\n\nI greatly appreciate their service and patience after I made a mistake in booking. It made it so that my final night in Athens wasn't stressful. I'll definitely return to this hotel when I return to Athens!"
