"Generally a good experience and a good value for your money. I got my room last minute and the price was pretty fair.\nThe facilities were thoughtful, the entrance to the hotel and to your room is via a code so no need for a key. Also there were lockers in the lobby so you can store your bags after checkout if you need to do so.\nThe room itself was good and comfy.\nThe hotel staff is accessible by whatapp and they answer quickly. I never saw a staff memeber in the lobby though.\nFor the downsides:\n1. location is not great. It's pretty far away from the center. It's a 20-25 mintue walk to Monastiraki. You will not find there the lively stuff like in Psiri or Plaka. Also, for some people it may be stresful to walk there at night because there are a lot of homeless people and not-the-kind-you-like immigrants. Take that into consideration.\n2. The cleaning is not good. Even though the hotel is straightforward and honest about their policy, it still sucks. You get only new towels and soaps and removing garbage can after 2 days. Besides that there is no cleaning, no changing sheets, no bathroom etc.\n\nGood experience for a last minute deal, but I would recommend going for something in a better location in Athens."

The washer-dryer combo means you don’t have to run back and forth to do your laundry, just start the cycle, and it takes care of both washing and drying in one go. And best of all: no extra fees per load, making it exceptional value for money.\n\nFitness enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the on-site gym is fully functional, clean, and equipped for a complete workout, no token treadmills here.\n\nLocation-wise, don't be put off by first impressions of the surrounding area, this is simply the character of urban Athens, and it’s safe, central, and well-connected. The metro station is nearby, making getting around the city a breeze. And for sightseeing, the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stops just one street over, a perfect option if you’ve got the 3-day pass, as it brings you back right to your doorstep.\n\nNow, the real heart of this place: the staff. The front desk team is exceptional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. They manage to create an atmosphere where you feel more like a returning friend than a guest. A special mention must go to Nicole, whose professionalism, charm, and attention to detail make her a standout in the hospitality industry. She exemplifies what true guest service looks like, I wouldn't be surprised to see her leading customer relations one day.\n\nIn short: I can’t fault this apartment. It’s smart, stylish, supremely comfortable, and supported by a team that clearly cares. I will absolutely be returning."
