"The family apartment we stayed in was VERY clean, modern + comfortable. The apartment was very quiet (no traffic or outside noise) and the service was fantastic. They always promptly replied to my messages via the booking.com app. The location is great. It's only a 10 min walk or so into busier areas, and the area felt safe, even at night. There' a cafe downstairs and supermarkets are only a 5 minute walk away. I would gladly stay here again."

"greetings,\ngreetings,\nпоздрав,\nhello,\nздраво,\nI am a frequent traveler to Athens and when I say that I mean I come every month, I stayed in these apartments for the first time and here are my impressions.\n\nThe apartments are new, modernly equipped with all the things you need, the decor is nice and modern, the beds are brutally comfortable, so as for the decor and interior, it's all right.\n\nThe location is not bad, although the micro location itself is relatively problematic with noise, especially traffic and on weekends clubs that work until 6 in the morning.\n\nOur stay of three nights and four days was relatively bad, that's why today is 16.3 and in Athens it is around 25-27 degrees during the day, the air conditioning system is on heating mode (this is what the owners sent us a message when we sent an inquiry), which means that you can heat yourself or turn it off, but the problem is that the apartments are all in the sun all day, in ours it was 33 degrees every day when we sent the message again, we got a reply to open the windows and you can then imagine the noise with the heat, the solutions were that we were with the children all day at 33 degrees.\n\nCONCLUSION\nwith these apartments, you can have a problem with the transition from winter to spring and from autumn to winter, and that's a serious problem\nwhich you can't solve, we have similar princes at home and we know that it's easy to do, you just need good will, that's not the case with the apartment provider who said that they can't switch to cooling at night, it's winter, it's night and the temperature hasn't dropped below 20 degrees"
