"It was a very disappointing experience. First of all right outside of the hotel's entrance there were people doing drugs freely. The rooms were in a very awful condition. One bed just broke, one of its legs fell off when I sat. The room was unclean, the floor was dirty, the walls were in a bad condition, the room door did not open easily, the balcony wooden door was rotten and water coming inside, with the balcony being dirty too. Inside some items like the desk lamp had disgusting things like snot on top. It was pretty disgusting. The paper towels were yellow and the towels / blankets were just thrown in the wardrobe. I do not recommend staying, especially the families."

"We stayed at Delphi Art Hotel on May 13–14, 2025, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our room (502 – Alexia) had bed bugs, which was extremely unhygienic and upsetting. We reported it to the front desk and showed photo evidence, but the only alternative offered was a downgraded room on the 2nd floor with three single beds – not ideal or comfortable for a couple.\n\nThis was meant to be a special trip, but the situation caused a lot of stress. While the staff were polite and did what they could, the lack of proper resolution and the fact that we had to request a refund ourselves was disheartening. Definitely not the experience we expected from a hotel of this standard.And of ocourse not family friendly as there are lot of druggies right outside the hotel."

"Had a great time staying in the hotel. Erika from reception was very friendly and helpful. Located in walking distance from the centre with loads of restaurants and metro stations around. Nice morning breakfast. Asked kindly to print my boarding pass which they did without hesitation. From the walking in to going out I was greeted with smile. Thank you and I'll be back on my next stay in Athens. Ευχαριστώ"
