"View is great. Everything else is awful and the rooms are not like the pictures online!\n\n-Broken / missing furniture. Couch arm rocked back and forth and was falling apart. See video.\nIt was also filthy, partly covered with stains and appeared to be made out of cardboard.\n-Hot tub cover was deteriorating beyond acceptability, foam exposed, ripped fabric, and hot temperature could not be reached due to the state of the cover\n-Bathrooms were dirty\n-Hot tub was filthy\n-electrical cords coming out of the wall\n-Rips and stains in blinds\n\nWe stayed one night (11 pm check in) and checked out the next day. We voiced our concerns to the hotel but were not offered any upgraded accommodations nor any concessions. Waited 3.5 hours for the manager to respond- nothing.\nThe Hotel refuses to refund our money. We were scammed, this is fraud.\nBeware of this hotel!!!\n\nWe will also add that our gps apps took us to an entirely different location and finding this hotel took us over an hour and a half. Hotel was not very helpful despite phoning them 3 times."

"About the view, do NOT worry, you will have the most breathtaking view in all over Santorini.\nIt is in the middle of nowhere, so it is so quiet and romantic for those who don't fit with crowds and stairs and touristy nature of Santorini\nThe service is as good as the view, Gerta is the soul of this place, Harris (the manager) and pero were so attentive and very willing to help.\nThe chef is a genius one, actually he is one of the best in Santorini.\nBut things to mention that may improve the property to as high as 5...\nThe pools must be heated, we couldn't use ours as it was cold and beware it will be cold in September.\nThe furniture really needs to be renewed, but this is a side thing because you may not use it as your stuff will be in your luggage for your stay.\nAgain, insane views from sunrise to sunset, do not miss this in Santorini.\nLately I was contacted by Gerta whom I described as (the soul of the place) she gave me more than one proof that she was denied her money that deserved by working there, and believe me, those money where more than deserved. I cant believe in 2024 we still have those employers who can do this without being questioned. I hoped some day I would come back to CSky, now I know for sure it is out of my favorite list of Santorini hotels.\nNOTE: photos on internet has nothing to do with the realty, looked like they hasn't refreshed the rooms since a decade. Do not take the photos as a basis of your decision to come here. This is an important tip from me.\nAnother important tip: look thoroughly to the attitude inside the replies to the reviews, it will tell you much more about those guys."
