"The room was good with a good working AC and decent room space. Bathrooms were cramped and faucet placed awkwardly.\n\nStaff were friendly though didn’t provide much information, however there were brochures provided.\n\nArea is said to be unsafe by many. My feelings were that the main square felt okay but the street leading up to the hotel was a bit more dangerous. Nothing happened to us in our two night stay, but we did not loiter in Omonoia and did not stay out too late. However it is very central and hence it makes sense if you’re visiting the sites and are with others/not with kids etc"

"At first, I was concerned. The area did not look great. But the room was decent, clean. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing and was 15 minute walk to basically everything. We did walk up to the central square at night as well as back from site seeing about 10pm. No issues for us. But still be aware of your surroundings."

"We (17 people) stayed here for 7 nights in several rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very basic but ok.\n\nUnfortunately we had bed bugs in two rooms and 3 members of our group had bug bites all over there arms. I asked the staff to check for bed bugs and they promised they would search the room while we were sightseeing. I got a call from the manager that they couldnt find any bed bugs but changed all the towels and sheets. When we came back later in the day we wanted to make sure that there are no bugs anymore. We found them immediately after 2 minutes of searching. We then got 2 new rooms.\n\nIn another room (1st floor) it constantly smelled like someone smoked inside. My guess is that the cleaning staff smokes right next to the AC units and the smoke is sucked up and distributed to the rooms.\n\nThe neighborhood is full of drug addicts, prostitutes and dealers and there is a crazy smell of urin right in front of the hotel.\n\nWould I recommend the hotel? If you are a male person and do not want to stay longer than 2 nights it might be ok. Don’t come here with children."
