"Disappointing stay – poor service and hidden costs\n\nUnfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. The staff seemed stressed, unfriendly, and not interested in making guests feel welcome. Hospitality clearly isn’t a priority here.\n\nOn top of that, we were charged unexpected extra fees that were never clearly communicated beforehand. This felt not only misleading but also downright unfriendly to guests.\n\nIf you’re expecting a smooth and enjoyable hotel stay, look elsewhere. For the price, we expected much better service and transparency. We definitely won’t be coming back."

"The hotel itself is nice, but the rude and moody behavior of the staff completely ruined our vacation.\nBreakfast, in particular, was a disaster. Half of our order was forgotten, and instead of apologizing, the staff argued with us, claiming we never ordered those items.\nEven simple things were unpleasant – for example, when we arrived, the door was opened for us in the most unfriendly way. Instead of a warm welcome, we were snapped at as if we were bothering someone.\nOur vacation plans had to be delayed because even a simple coffee took 30 minutes to arrive – and when it finally did, it was cold.\nThe staff was completely unprofessional and incompetent. What a shame!"
