Although the hotel is listed as a 4-star establishment, it felt like we had arrived in a five-star paradise and beyond. A significant additional advantage is the hotel's wonderful location – it's situated very close to the city center, which allowed us easy and quick access to all the vibrant attractions, restaurants, and shops.\nFrom the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and valued. We had booked a standard room, and surprisingly and delightfully, after only four days, we were upgraded to a luxurious suite! The suite was simply a dream – a pampering Jacuzzi and a private balcony made every moment even more special.\nBut the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel staff. The level of service and courtesy was exceptional. Every request of ours was met with a smile and amazing efficiency, and often we received much more than we asked for. The staff truly made us feel like they were doing everything to ensure our utmost enjoyment. I want to especially mention Jacob, Marina, Kostas, Spiros, Nikos, and Gregory – each one of them deserves high praise, and together they are a winning team, a 10 out of 10! Not only that, the staff was very knowledgeable and greatly assisted us with recommendations for convenient transportation options in the city, excellent local restaurants, and must-see attractions. Their recommendations enhanced our experience in the city and made it easier and more enjoyable.
