"Do not recommend!\nOur first trip to Greece and we were disappointed upon arrival. We paid $1600 for 3 nights. Our room was hot. AC did not work well. The street noise was very loud from the windows which had bars on them. It felt and looked like a hostile. The photos Online looked nothing like it did in person. We did not get a refund and booked another hotel and checked out immediately!\n\nThat all being said after we checked into a different hotel, we had the best time in Greece!!"

"We loved staying at this hotel, the location was by far the best feature, we were walkable to all the main attractions in Athens and a TON of food options.\nThe staff were very friendly, this hotel and the rooms were clean, and cool. It was a great place to relax after a long day of walking.\nI loved how homey the hotel felt, the lobby windows were cracked every morning.\nThis is not an Americanized hotel, so when visiting keep that in mind, it’s not a high rise, and the rooms are not huge."

"Terrible experience — avoid at all costs.\n\nThis was by far one of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel felt like a scam — they took our money and provided no support, and Expedia was no help either.\n\nFirst, the property was completely misrepresented. There was no mention of the endless stairs, making it extremely difficult for elderly guests to access. When we kindly asked to change rooms, the staff responded with a rude and dismissive attitude, as if we were being punished for complaining. After just one night, we told them we would be leaving early and requested not to be charged for the remaining nights. Again, we were met with complete disrespect and told we would be charged regardless.\n\nTo make matters worse, after we left, they double-booked the room and still refused any refund — completely unprofessional behavior.\n\nI’m Greek, and I can honestly say this is not the hospitality Greece is known for. I urge future travelers to read the other reviews carefully — and also take note of how the owners respond to criticism. It says everything you need to know."
