"I really liked this hotel. I am an older solo traveler who is also a person of color. The hotel staff was awesome; even allowed me to check in early at no additional charge. Paul, one of the front desk staff was able to assist me in navigating the area. The room was clean; NO BUGS! The hotel is in the perfect location and I felt very safe. Taxis are numerous and there is plenty of activities within walking distance. As a matter of fact, all 3 of my tours were within walking distance of the hotel. The ONLY thing I did not like was the shower. No matter how you situated the shower head or how close you nuzzled the wall, water spilled from the shower onto the bathroom floor. The glass shower door needs to be extended to 'house' more of the shower floor. The door is simply too short in length. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again!!"

"The location is great, about a 15 minute walk from the Acropolis and tons of restaurants and shops around. The rooms are very clean and newly renovated. The service was great, had the pleasure of dealing with Paul and he was very responsive and helped us settle in. I would definitely recommend the hotel!"

"Our stay at the Acropolis Magenta was fabulous. We were in the heart of Athens, within walking distance of the Acropolis and Parthenon, the museum, and Socrates’ prison. There were so many cafes and restaurants within 2 blocks, too. The location can’t be beat. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with refreshing AC and a nice, cozy bed. The staff was kind and accommodating, as well. Would come here again!"
